Laser Annual Apprenticeship Day

On the 22nd August we held our annual Laser apprentice day; an opportunity for all of our apprentices, past, and present, to meet up and discuss their progress and more generally just what’s on their minds.

It is amazing to see how our apprentice group has grown over the years.

At Laser, we believe our apprentice program is a productive and effective way to grow talent from within, while developing a motivated, skilled, and qualified workforce.

The programme aligns with our strategy and delivers commercial value, but we also strongly believe that without new tradespeople entering the industry, we (the industry) will never grow.

Which is why we work so hard to upskill young people and ensure they have a chance at a brighter future while giving them the opportunity to learn a skill for life!
