Annual Conference 2023

We recently hosted our annual conference at the picturesque Tudor Park Country Club, in Maidstone. The event was a resounding success, drawing positive acclaim from all attendees. We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to all who participated and hope that the conference proved both interesting and informative.

Among the highlights of the evening were the well-deserved accolades bestowed upon Laser M&E’s exemplary apprentices. Recognising their outstanding commitment and talent, the company proudly announced Max Austin as the Electrical Apprentice of the Year and Callum Tolley as the Plumbing Apprentice of the Year. A decision that was undoubtedly challenging, as Laser M&E is lucky to boast a remarkable pool of hardworking and skilled apprentices, all of whom deserve commendation for their dedication and accomplishments.

In addition to the apprentice awards, the conference featured an exciting raffle draw, with prizes presented to our valued sub-contractor Charlie Brown, of Virgo Plumbing & Heating Ltd, who was the fortunate recipient of a £250 voucher.

However, the grand highlight of the evening was the announcement of our £1000 prize winner. Peter Pursell, Maintenance Engineer at Laser M&E, whose name was drawn in recognition of the company’s momentous achievement of surpassing £100 million sales turnover.

The success of Laser M&E’s first annual conference reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and fostering a strong sense of community among its workforce and partners. By recognising and rewarding exceptional talent, Laser M&E continues to inspire and motivate its employees and stakeholders to strive for greatness.
